Chewy Ginger Molasses Cookies

A bunch of Brigadiers asked for the recipe for the Ginger Molasses Cookies I did (the ones that were individually wrapped with black and white labels), here it is!

It’s a GREAT easy recipe that you can multiply infinitely. I quadrupled the recipe and got closer to 125 cookies and it only took me about 3 hours.

That is pretty similar to my spiced molasses cookies (they were bagged two per bag with labels) except I use coconut and corn oil in mine to keep them dairy and soy free (although you can make them with butter and they’re excellent) and mine have a bit more molasses and a bit less flour. And, my recipe calls for white sugar but I always use brown instead. And I agree, they are super easy to make and multiply. I made about 18 dozen (but only managed to fit 16 dozen in the box I shipped!) in about 3 hours, although it took me half as long again to package and label them!
