Chocolate Chip Gluten-Free Cookies

Okay so I baked normal cookies for a long time then Found out i wasn’t able to eat them anymore. This recipe saved my life.

8 Tbsp soften Butter (1 stick)[font=Verdana]1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder

1 Large Egg

1/2 tsp salt (if you want)

2/3 cup granulated sugar ( 1/3 cup white 1/3 cup brown sugar)

1/3 cup Gluten-Free Rice Flour

1, 1/4 cup Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour

3 oz Choc Chips ( or what you think is right)

Step 1: Preheat Oven to 375

Step 2: Cream together butter and sugar. Add vanilla and egg, beat again.

Step 3: Sift Flours, Baking Powder, Salt and Chocolate chips into mixture. Mix well with a strong mixing spoon.

Step 4: Heap by Table spoons onto baking sheet.( baking sheet might need to be sprayed or have some sort of cover to help get cookies off of pan)

Step 5: Put the pan into the oven for 8-11 mins or when top is browning.( keep watch after 7 mins and if they look done get them out bottoms burn easily)

And there you go. Easy to make Gluten-Free cookies!
