New baker here and I was wondering if anyone has done rice crispies instead of cookies? I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a cookie brigader have some to hand out!

Yes, rice krispies have been done many times before ;D they’re great to do!
Typically, they’re very popular for a morning handout.
As the others have said, yeah rice crispy treats do well. You can also try other cereal bars with various added ingredients.
Last year for east we did PB Cup cereal, cocoa pebbles, fruity pebbles, French toast (cinnamon toast crunch with maple syrup, nutmeg and extra cinnamon), spicy pb chocolate bars (with cayenne pepper), fruit loops, and traditional rice crispy.
