Hey Cookie Brigadiers! I know this is quite last minute, but I derped a little bit on my email verification and just now got myself into the forums in order to post.
Anywho, some friends and I got together on Sunday and Monday this past week and made 10 different types of cookies totalling about 240 in all. Here are the flavors:
Rosemary lemon “scones”
Lemon ricotta cookies with blueberry glaze
S’mores stuffed chocolate chip cookies
Chocolate Rolo stuffed cookies
Chocolate York peppermint patty stuffed
Gingersnaps (in the shapes of animals!)
PAX colored tye-dye sugar cookies
Rum chocolate cookies
Vanilla rum cookies
Toffee chocolate chip cookies
Two of the gingersnaps are also as-big-as-your-face sized in the shapes of an X-wing and Tie-Bomber. I thought they might be cool to “auction” or something.
I would love to hand them over to an experienced “cookie slinger” or would even be willing to pass them out myself. I just need a little guidance so I’m not a total newb.
