1 cup of flour
1/2 c coco powder
1/2 t (teaspoon) baking soda
1/2 t baking powder
5 T (Tablespoons) od butter/margine
3/4 c of sugar
1 egg
3/4 t peppermint extract
wisk flour,coco, baking soda, baking powder,
I use a blender and mix the egg,butter and sugar , peppermint together then add it to the dry.
chill the dough for 1 hr or up to 2days ( for the CB the dough got frozen for a week)
After I grabbed chunks of the dough made them into balls and pressed them down on a baking pan lined with tin foil.
baked at 325 for 20 - 30 mins.
